Some Questions
Why do I get so tired?Why is food so addictive? Why do I keep eating to try and make me feel better when I'm bored or fed up?
Why do I get stressed for no reason?
Why do ppl let you down?
Hmm just some thoughts...
Tommorrow I'm going to York-woo woo!! Time to get excited :))

Hmm... questions I have asked myself repeatedly! I shall share some of my conclusions.
"Why do I get so tired?" - life is tiring. Life can be emotionally draining, which is tiring. Do you do much exercise? Doing exercise regularly is good - it can give you more energy.
"Why is food so addictive? etc." - eating when you're bored or fed is dangerous. I keep doing it. The only solution is to find things to do! When I've been out and about doing things I don't eat so much rubbish. When I stay in and don't do much, I eat loads. You've got to keep yourself occupied and not bored.
"Why do I get stressed for no reason?" - it's called being a woman ;) I got stressed over not being able to take tights back today!
"Why do people let you down?" - that one's the easiest. They're human. We do things like that. Unfortunately we're not perfect. And most probably they don't mean to let you down.
